Dun Nun Nun Nun BATMAN!

Hey!Yes I am back only minutes later here. I seem to be having trouble sleeping. But I thought I would talk about my search for a certain movie.

I remember being a bit younger and my mom telling me how I should watch Jack Nicholson's Joker. She told me how his role really set the bar for that character. I caught the movie on tv one day and sure enough he did an amazing job.

In a couple of day's Heath Ledger's Joker will be released for the world to see. I haven't seen Tim Burton's Batman in a few years and I figure I should watch it again before I see Ledger's version. After all I am a fan of both actors but I want to see Jack's again before I say anything about Heath's.

You would think the fact that Nicholson set the bar for that character means you could actually FIND the DVD. However that is not the case AT ALL. In fact the film is proving to be quite hard to find. I would have checked Blockbuster however with Dark Knight's release being this Friday I doubt I will even be able to get it. That and the fact there is no Blockbuster on the way to my sister's tumbling class. I decided it would be worth it to buy it on the account that I am a Tim Burton and Jack Nicholson fan. So I checked Target figuring if I can't find the darn Daddy Yankee cd I sure as hell won't find the DVD there. Sure enough I was right. Then on the way home I decided maybe to check Barnes and Noble. After all they have almost anything I normally can't find anywhere else there. Strangely the nice lady that searched the database was able to find every Burton film other than his two Batman films. She told me that the reason that it was not in there database was most likely because it was out of print. How strange is that. Everyone is gonna compare Heath's Joker to Jack's but you can't even get the movie with Jack's version of the demented murder in Gotham City. I found it strange they didn't bring it back in to print for that reason. But anyways today I plan to continue my search at Best Buy. Then if it isn't there I will resort to Blockbuster. However I highly doubt it is checked in. I won't be surprised if I run all over town to different Blockbusters for the dang movie. Meanwhile I will try and think of other places to look. To bad it's too late to try and get it online. If I can't find it I will just have to sadly watch it on TV the day after I see The Dark Knight.

By the way. If you haven't already guessed. Yes, I do have Batman fever. I will act obsessed with the subject for the next few days your all just gonna have to deal with it.
